Dan celebrated Father's Day with a 15 mile morning run. (Note the ice packs)

Rescued

Drivers on the road need to be more cautious of cyclists!  Dan's bike chain broke while he was trying to avoid a driver who pulled into the bike lane! Thank goodness he wasn't hurt. Now, he's off the the bike store for a repair.

Less than 100 days to go! Dan and his brother Ryan biked 50 miles in their mother's memory today in the ALS Ride for Life. #ALSsucks
